<p>The mail man brought a small parcel, which contained the sound device I had sent back to the vendor, because it was not working properly. Well, it does now and the reason it didn´t work when I tried it out gave me one of those "duh!" moments. The device works only with .mp3 files, which is clearly stated in the manual, but the file I uploaded to it was a .wav file. No wonder it wouldn´t work! I converted the file and now it works nicely. I have to do something about my layout´s 230V power upply before I can hitch it up, though. My friend Lothar as an electrician will come in handy for that job!</p> <p>Come to think of it, I might uy another two of these sound device - one for the church bells and one for the moo cows! I bet Petra will enjoy the cacophony ...[:-^]</p>
