<p>Good Morning!</p> <p>The death toll of the Bad Aibling train accident has risen to 10 now and could even go higher. Inquieries into what caused the two trains running head-on on the same track continue. While some allocate the responsibilty to the dispatcher acting carelessly, others state that, given all the electronic security devices, it had required a "deliberate act" of terrorism. I wonder whether we will ever learn the real cause!</p> <p>Looking at the grim statistics of train wrecks in Germany in the past 50 years, it is interesting to see that most of them happened in Bavaria - maybe too much [B]?</p> <p>John - thanks for posting the tube map. Brings back memories of my time in London, when I was taking to District Line from Ealing Broadway to Embankment station every morning. That´s a quarter of a century ago - [sigh]</p> <p>No saw in the mail today - I am miffed (pardon this BE expression)!</p>
