One idea was to imagine a railroad 100 years from now.  Monorails?  Elevated HSR?  Also, what will stations and buildings look like?

There is always the IFW Dresden model of superconducting maglev, conveniently in model form:

Wow, that is pretty amazing, especially the horizontal track!  But I am sure that I would make a complete mess of things if I was working with that material!

... made a layout based on the cartoons and illustrations of Roland Emmit.

For those unfamiliar with Rowland Emett... you have a treat in store.  Not only are his drawings delightfully dotty, he has additional fame as a builder of fantastic machines.

I confess to having modeled a 3D version of one of his better contraptions, a trenching machine reputed to do "the work of three men and a boy".  Can you guess how many people were required to operate it?

Definately very whimsical!  Super detailed and delicate - that would be an interesting build!

That would be amazing!  Would you do the gothic Gotham ala Tim Burton, or something else?

Overall, I'd probably do a more realistic take, just very run down, and include "Crime Alley".  More of a George Sellios overweathered approach, but as you left town include "Stately Wayne Manor" (I'd have to go Batman 66 there), Metropolis would be very clean, new, with iconic Daily Planet.

But the Burtonverse Gotham would be pretty awesome.

Both sound awesome - let us know if you build it!

I'm going to make a Vicki Vale advertisement on a billboard. Promoting her tv show, or radio show inspired in the Arkhamverse video games.

I didn't know if the superheroes exist in this universe. If the superheroes did exist can you imagine Superman insurance for your business or house. Or any other super for that matter.
