A big box retailer has two models #63217 and #63213 for $30 diference, same road #.
Looks like #63213 is from their 2015 catalog and has a large P&LE lettering on the side. See page 80 of that catalog:
https://resources.bachmanntrains.com/bachmann2015/html5/index.html
#63217 has "New York Central System" lettering on the side instead. See page 98 of the 2016 catalog:
https://resources.bachmanntrains.com/bachmann2016/html5/index.html
$30 price difference, Im assuming you're looking at Trainworld.
63217 is a later run, yet somehow cheaper...
See page 98 on here:
https://resources.bachmanntrains.com/bachmann2016/html5/index.html#
I think 63213 is a different paint scheme, with a giant "P&LE" painted on the side, as seen on page 80 on here: https://resources.bachmanntrains.com/bachmann2015/html5/index.html#
Good Luck!

Confusion was it seems the seller used the same picture for each in their catalog.
Now I wonder if they will deep dicount other items from that time period ? They got me deeper into DCC with their prices and how well they run.
