This one's not very radical, but is among my favourites...
I took the original photo, but my brother added the smoke and steam, along with the fog effects out over Lake Erie.

A little figiting with PhotoFiltre and I managed a little stack smoke and some exhaust steam from the cylinders. More practice is needed.
