Good Evening! I am back from taking my son to the train station. We had an enjoyable afternoon with a delicious meal and some good talk. Santa came early today and we exchanged the few gifts there are. I got a nice 2016 steam loco calendar, which came with two small copies of enamel railroad advertising signs of the 1930´s, plus a book about "Molli", that´s the steam train on the Baltic Sea coast near Rostock. The gift I had for Petra (a new wrist watch) has not yet arrived [sigh] We will now have a rather quiet evening, filled with memories of the good times we had. I am still a little sad we cannot have the family Christmas I always looked for. YGW - thanks for the picture! Have a nice Christmas Eve!
