Do There Exist Decals For Steam Locomotive Builders? (Baldwin, Lima Locomotive Works)

A project idea I have is to buy my favourite looking of the newest run of Bachmann 2-10-0 Russian Decopod steam locomotives as of 2019/2020, being the Frisco version with the doghouse on the tender and renumber it to be a Baldwin Locomotive Works demosnrator unit, with the number #1200, as that was the total original amount that Russia ordered, before the revolution hit and the locomotives that where already built where americanised and sold to various roads within the states.

But do there exist baldwin loocmotive works decals? If not I will need someone to print and make some for me.

Probably not a lot of demand for "demonstrater" steam decals.  You could build your own from individual letters cheaper than custom decals

Hey DigDaddy, Thanks for linking me these decals, I do appreciate it. I am guessing both Lima & Baldwin both used the Roman numeral lettering font.

Really, it's not that hard to use a computer printer and create your own decals.  Get inkjet or laser decal paper based on your printer type.

Microscale used to have builder plates.    Not sure if they still do.

not sure, but i dont ever recall seeing demonstrato steam locomotives.   Mostly because they were very specialized  to the job and terrian to perform that job.

DIY white decals are expensive to produce at home.  There are white cartridges for laser printers. So far no one in the forum has tried one, as far as I know.
