I've been laying low all Summer... but finished a few cars this weekend that had been taking weeks. First is an Athearn FGE reefer that I stripped bare and repainted as a UPFE in the later scheme. [img]http://www.mellowmike.com/FR8_Cars/UPFE463058_A.jpg[/img] And then an Accurail 50' boxcar that I also stripped bare, and recreated a full-graffiti car I saw. Yes, it's about 90 percent decal, but the other 10 percent is touchup on every rib, ladder, and raised area. You can't put a decal that big on a ribbed car without problems!!!
