Have you tried www.railimages.com ? There's a lot of modellers featured on that site that don't post here.

A couple resources that may be of interest:

1)Website of "Remembering the Rutland"
http://users.rcn.com/jimdu4/

you may also use "www.rememberingtherutland.com", which points to the above site.

2) Website of the Rensselaer Model Railroad Society .
http://railroad.union.rpi.edu/
This student club of Rennselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy NY models a fictional road New England, Berkshire, and Western that combines parts of the Rutland and the D&H - with the Green Mountains renamed the Berkshires to fit the road name.

The Rensselaer Model Railroad Society site has a wealth of information. besides the usual about their layout. Alot of the indepth info is available only by subscription, but I expect that the fee is well worth it for the serious modeller.

regards,
Scott, an RPI alum.
