[/quote] yes you would be able to see it, the light from the head light will appear to travel at the speed of light even if your traveling at the speed of light which is impossible in its self anyway as the popular formula E=MC^2 states that if your loco had any mass to start with it would end up with infinite mass as the energy to move it would add to the mass thus more energy is needed ,ad infinitum (sorry if i got a bit carried away there)
