I'll check this out! The August issue with Eric Brooman's layout and other array of good articles is another encouraging sign that MR may be righting the ship. The Utah Belt layout feature was one of the best I've seen in MR for nearly three years. Lots of photos, a large trackplan, and other interesting tidbits, such as the turnout control sidebar. <br /> <br />I wouldn't say that the product reviews of recent years have been "glowing endorsements." Rather, any criticism of a particular product often has been soft-pedaled or nuanced so as to not ruffle too many feathers. I hope that tendency by MR is coming to an end. Tell it like it is and worry about credibility with readers first.
