I will be sending it with a photo of the bad looking grey roller paint job. And I will be stating they agreed to give me a refund, and are now splitting hairs on the 15 day return policy (which is BS). As a consumer I have the right to a product that I paid for is acceptable.

That's what I thought I came up with. But the phone number with the 970 area code is in Colorado. Unless this is one of those deals where someone moved and took their phone number with them.
