This is an interesting video that explains the paint jobs of five CP locomotives we should see roaming the rails of North America.

I'll second that! I had no prior knowledge of these units. I am proud that CP has taken the time to honour those who serve us.

Yes, it is nice to see Veterans remembered. Canadian Pacific commissioned I believe five of these statues and had them placed across the country. There is one in Vancouver and I always go out of my way to drive past it when I get into the big city.

Whenever I think of Canadian veterans, I immediately think of two of my favorite movies, "The Longest Day" and "The Devil's Brigade".
