Well, I have now received an e-mail confirming that my order was shipped. I had chosen the cheapest option, UPS Ground. The e-mail was supposed to include the UPS tracking number, but that section was blank. The toll-free number in the e-mail says they're having system problems and then hangs up. <br /> <br />So we'll see what happens.
