Trying to post a comment on Truck's Toy Trains and I get the message, "Error connecting to commenting service."

Give it a few hours or a day and try again.  If the issue persists, I would suggest contacting Kalmbach Customer Service.

This problem is now several days old. Way to monitor your IT assets, Kalmbach!

Works for me with Firefox and Chrome.  I didn't try before this am.

I tried again right after I posted this morning. Same error message. I tried sending a note to Customer Service via their web page and form, and got a "returned mail" error message. Sheesh!

I don't know enough about web videos to be of much help.  Sometimes clearing cookies and cache works.

Hi Mark,

I saw your message and inquired with our customer service people. We haven't received any other complaints or reports of that error message. I also sent out test comments to that video and others from both my Mac here at work and my PC at home and didn't get any errors. I'm not an IT guy, but I know that clearing your browser cache and cookies (and making sure cookies are enabled) can help. Also try a different browser and see if that works.

You can send me a message and include what browser you're using, operating system and version, how long the problem has been going on, are there any other sites your having similar problems with, and I can forward it to our IT people here to see if they have any suggestions. Like I said, as far as I can tell, there's nothing on this end that would be causing your problem.

Hopefully we can help get it fixed,

Thanks Dana,

I tried again and the problem seems to have cleared up. I sent you an email with a bit more information anyway. Hopefully DSteckler's problem cleared up as well.

Again, thanks for the reply.

Funny thing about these types of problems, sometimes it is just a certain configuration of computer, rare but it happens.
