Hello all I am looking for a Ho-Scale F59PH like Metrolink had in 1992.Would you know where I can find one of thes engine?

Assuming you are looking for an F59PH NOT and F59PHI. Athearn made the more common PHI but not the PH, so as far as I know brass is your only option. That means that you’ll need to look on eBay or a train shows, and you made need some patience...
I’m not even certain that there is a brass F59PH (though it’s relatively likely), so you may need to scratchbuild/kitbash one...

Kaslo's look great. The Athearn locos I referred to are actuall the F59PHI, while the Metrolink locos are the F59PH.
I just caught that.
Kaslo has phase I and II.
The afore mentioned Kalso shops kit seems to be the only option. True line makes MPXpress commuter loco, but I have heard it’s quite inaquarate for all the road names except GO. Tried to see if there is a brass option, and came up empty handed. You’ve certainly chose a rare prototype!

Cool! For the F59PH ? I'm not a rivet counter, or even a recovering rivet counter, but I like Kaslo Products, and John's products are considered by the proto modelers as right on.
That looks like a nice complete kit.
Kaslo's web site says they recommend the Atlas GP38 chassis and drive.
