This is what locomotives I've seen actually operate, if I went by photos that would be almost every railroad ever in the USA... BNSF Heritage I and II "Executive" scheme ex-Santa Fe blue and yellow ex-BN Cascade Green NS black "Thoroughbred" scheme UP yellow scheme, of course. KCS both white and gray schemes CN "North America" scheme with "zebra stripes" Wisconsin Central Utah Railway some leasor with an all-blue locomotive paint job... and probably some more that don't come to mind now.
