Paging Jim Heidt, Ogdensburg & Norwood Ry.
Posted by Trainman2005 on Tuesday, March 26, 2019 7:26 AM

Hello. I am looking for Jim Heidt, from the Model Railroader Feb. '17 issue. I want to make a digital recreation of his route, in Trainz 2012, as if it was full sized from Ogdensburg to Northville, about 170 miles, plus an ore run to Tanawha, 22 miles. I have tried emailing him, but have got nothing back. I would like some advice from him as to correct stock, maybe building diagrams, etc, plus I want to share my way of recreating his line and show him some slight revisions I've made, and make sure he approves.

Thanks, Trainman05/MatthewB.

You could try contacting Model Railroader to see if they have other contact information.  I have done that and got a response.

How would I go about doing that?

I think there was a Contact Us section in the magazine.  Steven Otte would know.

You could click on his picture (avatar), and then click on "Start a conversation" and send him a PM.

Guys, I was talking about Steve Otte, as you were talking about how to get a hold of the MR staff, to ask about any contact info.

As per what Mister Beasely said.

I'm just waiting to see when he will actually be online.

I think the MR offices are open at 8 am, CDST, which is about 40 minutes as I type this.

Mike.

EDIT:  What makes it difficult, is there is supposed to be an alert when you get a PM, but that hasn't worked since the last web site mess.
