The last weekly issue of the Model Railroader e-newsletter I received was on February 21.  Are other folks experiencing the same?  It appears to be a continuation of similar problems with the company's new "customer service" provider that have been addressed here several times recently.

I received one today March 21.

Check your spam folder.

Check if you're signed up for them.

Good luck

Check the spam folder.

Mine will go there on occasion, for who knows what reason.

Meanwhile, real spam goes straight to my inbox...

You made me realize that I haven't been receiving them either.  Went and re-upped this morning.

I haven't received them either.  They're not in the spam folder, either.

The last weekly issue of the Model Railroader e-newsletter I received was on February 21.

And as I also realized yesterday, all because of Kalmbach's new "customer service" contractor.

As I wrote here last month (in threads subsequently locked or deleted by Steve Otte), I renewed my three-years print magazine subscription in mid-December.  Kalmbach then sat on my check for five weeks.

Come March, I realized I had not received any magazines since the January issue.  I then sent a certified letter to the company's CEO outlining the problem and requesting the two missed issues.  Within two weeks, he mailed them to me and saw that my renewal was again in the pipeline.  Problem solved (for now).

But that entire episode resulted in the cancellation of my e-newsletter subscription, which I renewed yesteray as if I were a brand new subscriber.
