A very big, smiling [bday] to Shelley!

Good Afternoon!

Deep down in my memory I remember Galaxy saying something about him expecting to have computer problems coming up. I hope it is just this which keeps him from joining us (and greeting the day with a new poem each time).

Ken - even if the job sucks (at least from time to time), at the age of 59 (which I am turning in August) there is only a slim chance of finding a new and better one. So hang in there, bear it an grin!

OzJim - good to see you back in here! Taking abreak from western civilisation? I could use that myself right now.

It took a little longer for the fog to clear today, but now it is bright and sunny again. From the inside it even looks nice and warm, but it isn´t. We have easterly winds blowing cold air down from Russia, preventing the sun to warm the land.

Ever seen a HOn30 live steam loco? Well here it is:

Wouldn´t it be nice to have one of those? It was built by the British modeler Brian Caton, who unfortunately does not run a business, so one cannot just order one. The one in the video is owned by Gerd, a really talented model railroader, who also build big ride-on live steam engines.

Chloe, coffee and a handful of those chocolate chip cookies, please.

CUL!
