Garry - there are many ways to prepare "German" pancakes. I bet each family has their own recipe. I love the ones Petra makes, nice and thin, more like the French Crepe Suzette. I enjoy the with different kind of fillings, from spicy to sweet. Or I just pour maple syrup over them - yummy! My eyes still need some training to adjust to the new glasses, but it´s getting better day by day. YGW - it feels good to be back here, meeting my friends. Those past weeks have benn kind of lonesome, I tell you! Well, back to coffee and some of that cake Petra made yesterday. What`none left? Barry had it all? How could he? CUL!
