Atlas GP-30/35 motor replacement question

I have Classic Atlas EMD GP-35 locomotive and need to know if the Atlas GP motor #9480100 and #480001 motor saddle will fit?  The GP-35 has the same motor as the GP-30.

Paul,

Have you tried contacting Atlas and asking them?  They've always been very good about responding to my emails - usually within 24-48 hrs.

I did not contact Atlas but I did some cross checking with different locomotives and the saddle was the same so I bought one of the newer motors.  It fit just like the old one but I did have to change out the flywheels as the new ones were too small and the worm gear spline would not engage.
