Gumbuster??

Has anyone tried the Gumbuster for cleaning loco wheels? According to the web page, it was written up in MR in 1997. I am just curious if anyone has any experience with it.

If it was mentioned that long ago and was any good, we would surely have heard more about it by now on this or other forums. I have never heard it mentioned anywhere, so maybe it's not such a popular product.
