The S & S Hobby Products brass R X R street stencil HO is mentioned in the magazine "model railroading the ultimate guide" Specil 2018. See page 20. Does anyone have one for sale or knows who has one for sale?

Not easy to find info on this company. Google says some companies stock some of their products, but not the RR stencil. Walthers says, out of stock, as usual.
Facebook lists their number as (517) 486-2223, it also calls the company as a grocery store and links to a Chinese website, so the number maybe no good.

If that number is Googled it shows as a place in Michigan.
