I have a walthers stamping plant kit and wonder what pin vise is best for drilling holes for the side awnings above the loading dock doors. I think the instructions say use a #60 drill. I have a pin vise but does only drill holese for #70 to #80. Is mascot tools a good company to use pn vise? If so which of their pin vises use #60 drill bits and onward?
go to the local welding supply shop and get a tip drill
I don't recall having to drill any holes for that kit, but it's been some time since I built mine...

Which brand pin vise do you have, and does it have changeable collets? Many pin vises have a double ended collet, with another double ended collet stuck in the other end. That combination covers all the sizes from 60 to 80. If you can change the collet on the tool you have, getting another collet will be less expensive that buying a complete set.
Stamping kit? Which kit is this?
