I think that the best locomotive - bar none - is the Proto Santa Fe 2-8-8-2. I liked it so well that I went out and bought the other number. I've installed a soundtraxx challenger decoder in both and they are nice. Second place would be my new BLI Santa Fe 4-8-4. Why would anyone want a deisel with no monkey motion? They are so plain going down the track. Have a good day and remember SANTA FE ALL THE WAY Bob
