Fire escapes
Posted by Anonymous on Wednesday, December 22, 2004 7:33 PM
A while back I ran across a website for a company selling etched brass kits for making fire escape balconies, stairs, and ladders in HO scale.

Now that I'm ready to buy, I can't remember the company name or URL.

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Don,
Was it Gold Medal Models ?:
http://goldmm.com/hoscale/gmhorder.htm
or Model Memories ?:
http://www.info-4u.com/modelmemories/hocity.htm#citydet
They both offer fire escapes.

try Miller Engineering.

Alkem Scale Models sells fire escapes, corn fields, and all sorts of other photoetched brass goodies (althouth I prefer the Gold Medal Models fire escapes)

I saw a nicely done scratchbuilt fire escape made of styrene strips, angles and Plastruct stairs.

Scroll down a bit at: http://www.the-gauge.com/showthread.php?t=9292&page=4&pp=15
