Good Afternoon!

I had two pretty bad days the last days, but today it was a good day. Despite all health issues, I made it to the Bremen model railroading show. The layouts on display were disappointing, only one Colorado narrow gauge layout from a UK team was worth looking at. I spent some time with those guys chatting, and we had a great time. MAde me forget my aching back and feet. The vendors had only the usual overpriced junk to sell, so I did not get any of what I was looking for. I did buy a new loco, though. It´s a Minitrix Deutshe Bahn boxcab electric, similar to the one I already have, but in a different paint scheme. At Euro 40 vs. Euro 170 certainly a steal and brand new! I bought at a stand manged by Deutsche Bahn to sell souvenirs. OK, I´ll have to invest another Euro 20 to "chip it", but that´s a plug n´play job. I am quite happy with this haul!

Jeff - good to see you are in a good spirit and a big motivator for your fellow "inmates" [(-D]

Have a happy one!
