I remember looking at a model railroad layout, but i cannot remember it's name.
The model railroad layout did feature a large mirror for reflection, had somewhat of a blue tinted look to it, a HO or N scale layout, and i do recall in two photos there were a blue gantry or boom crane while the other showed an older generation delivery truck. The layout had three levels i believed and plenty of trees, a stone quarry i think, a flour mill.

It almost sounds like your talking about John Allen's Gorre and Daphetid Railroad. You can find all kinds of info by Googling that.

Your going to have to be a little more specific, as to where you might have seen this layout. Many of us on here have the "all time archives" thing, to help you, but that only works for MRR magazine.

At least some of the elements you mention - the blue-ish tint, the gantry crane, old delivery truck -- are in a photo that accompanied John Allen's article "The Art of Using Mirrors" in the December 1981 Model Railroader. But there have been other good articles on mirrors over the years including a few in Model Railroad Planning.
The gravel pit with mirror migth be Jim Kelly's article "Add a gravel pit to your layout" in the March 1992 MR. He used mirrors.
Another modeler who has done stuff recently with mirrors is Gerry Leone.

I Will do my best, the modeler has his own website for his layout with three different levels with one area having a wooden area and a flour mill or warehouse. not to far from that location is an open mine or quarry where he has show in a picture a slab of rock or granite sitting on a flatcar in a corner behind a boomcrane. i would have to say the theme of the layout has to be at least 1850-early 1940s and plenty of trees everywhere.
i believe one of the other sections has a detailed port with a barge.

I google him his layout and it seem it's not the one, but i will continue looking. Thank you regardless and i will keep everyone updated as i look for it.

I will certainly look into those books as i found the layout's website a long time ago and i cannot remember the name of it from the top of my head but i will keep you informed when i find it

But I doubt if it's one your looking for.
Maybe just keep Googling multi level model railroads, and look at the images, maybe something will jar your memory. Try doing different searchs using different wording. If you found it once on the internet, you'll find it again.
