Thanks to all of you who replied to my post 'Fried my Hudson?' I tried the jumper and after 3 or 4 tries it worked. I guess sometimes 'read the instructions first' really works. Only wi***hey had mentioned the jumper in the troubleshooting section..Any way thanks again.

If you haven't already done so, go to the BLI web site and download the REAL instruction manual in PDF form. The one they include with the locos is only the 'short' form. The REAL manual explains ALL the settings and what they do. There's two, one for DC operation and one for DCC. The DCC one is over 140 pages!
