What a bummer! I had shoulder surgery on Oct. 13th. and will be in a sling for another four months. Take the Percocet while it hurts big time, then switch to extra strength Tylenol. Lots of ice.
Sleeping can be tough so ask the MD's advice on that. Lots of ice. Rely on your family for most everything now as you don't want to use that arm at all for a bit.
Sorry that both accidents happened. You guys more than earn your salary which should be a lot higher.

Thanks again folks for the kind words!
I'm hanging in there and doing the exercises the Dr. gave me to do. Some are pretty painful but when Im finished I can honestly say the shoulder feels better. Most of my pain is in my back where I tore the muscles on the shoulder blade. The pain meds certainly do help. I appreciate all the comments, I do read all of them!![:D][:)]

that sux man, really sux that its right before Christmas. Wish you the best and a speedy recovery. If you want to vent come on and vent I think most of us will understand, as most of us have been laid up at some time in our life.
