I haven't seen a new issue preview video since the August issue. Have they been discontinued?

There seems to be a written one here: http://mrr.trains.com/issues/2017/october-2017.
Haven't seen a video yet.

We don't have an answer for you. With the change in the editor's position, we're exploring options.

In another thread, Steve Otte said that the staff are trying to decide whether to continue the issue preview videos.
For whatever it's worth, I hope they do. I enjoy the editor's introduction to the issue I'll be reading in a few weeks. His appearance in the video makes him "real," and not just a name on a masthead.
But if the production effort to make the videos is too great, I understand that it may not be a good use of time to continue.

How about just add 30 seconds or so to Jenny's monthly videos. That way we still get the magazine intro and we get more Jenny. That's a win-win all the way around.
Looking forward to the October issue, with or without the preview.

We don't need two threads on this topic. Threads merged.

Jenny's more MRVP. The person who should/might take over will be Hal Miller. Because he's more into the magazine.

True, but.....Monster Energy sponsors one of the Nascar series.
The CEO is a guy named Rodney Sacks.
The pics of him are copyrighted, but you can google. He's an OK looking guy whose hairstyling would buy a couple brass engines a year.
I'm sure he is more into the company but at the races, they send the Monster Energy girls and their $100,000 worth of cosmetic surgery. It's all about marketing
