Incidently, I too am back from a vacation to Anaheim Ca. While out there, I visited Bakersfield, San Diego, and Hollywood. I did get to drop in at Allied Model Trains in Culver City, CA. They have some great stuff there, and I bought a few things. They had undec Athearn GP50's (Blue Box) there, and I snared one. 6 years ago, I would have probably done the saem thing that Big Sky Blue did, as there were a couple of brass pieces there that I had eye-balled. But, budgetary constraints and a limited need prevented such a purchase this time.
