Where can I locate peel and stick material for buildings? I now own a laser cutter and would like to cut out my own doors, windows, trim, etc. I'd like to find a source of peel and stick for wood material, styrene, and whatever else may work for scratchbuilt buildings.
Also, how well does the adhesive hold up over time? Does the trim eventually come loose?

LION uses color laser printer to print all sorts of things. Him prints directly on lable stock.
If you are cutting wood or plastic stock, you can apply the lables first and then cut stock and lable at one time.

Hello Jim are you looking for (psa) pressure senitive adhesive ? You can try 3m they call it transfer tape look half way down.

Yes transfer tape can make almost anything "peak and stick." And stick it does: you better get it down right the first time.
Craft stores also have a line of "Glue Dots" that seem to be transfer tape in small ovals. In some instances that might be a better bet if you think you'll want to pry something up again.

I've heard of this but haven't tried it yet.
I was hoping to find material with the adhesive already applied so when I cut it out, it's ready to stick on.
