Whistling

I have been given a loco that my Son bought at a garage sale with me in mind.

It didn't come in the original box, so no clue there.

It is a model of an Alco demonstrator of their Century 626-2, and it is in the gold with black stripe.

On the bottom of the fuel tank it says in raised letters "made in Yugoslavia.

Can anyone give me an idea of it's mfg?? would it be AHM, Con-cor,  IHC,  or have I not rung the bell yet.

Would appreciate it very much getting this info.

Thanks in advance.

Tricky to say, actually.  Its Mehano, which means it could be AHM, IHC, Life-Like, or Model Power.  Mehano was the Yugoslav (now Solvenian) company that produced that model, but it was sold by a handful of companies.

Back in the day, I had a C628 in BN colors and the Made in Yugoslavia on it.  No clue who sold it.
