Hello, I am looking to install operating ditch lights and would like to know were i can get info on were i can get them. I would like to be able to get the info then go to my local hobby shop to get them or have them order them for me.

Check ebay for sellers. They will describe the product. Google. Your LHS person might actually install them if they have service.

I have no experience but I believe you will need resistors as well. The average LHS won't have them. You are looking for surface mount LED's
