Gidday Bobby, using the search function on the Model Railroader 75 Anniversary DVD collection, it would appear that August 1999 was the “last” “Model of the Month. It featured a very nice scratch built HO scale CN double ended snowplow by forum member Bob Boudreau.

Just curious, were you building your marvellous tank cars back then?

Cheers, the Bear.

Thank you very much Bear. My first scratch built tank car was my brass Kymene car that I started in 1987 and finished in 1988. My second was a brass beer can Kymene car that was built in 1988-89. It was the model of the month in May of 89. I remember the snow plow, it was a beautiful model. Regards, Bobby
