It only tracks referrals for the purpose of crediting commissions for sales made. Spybot and a few other programs that fail to differentiate the legitimate use of cookies from the harmful software do a disservice to users by causing unnecessary fears. It even calls the Webtrends cookie that runs the counter on my websites a "problem." To the typical user that runs Spybot, it seems like this is a serious issue. An otherwise good program, Spybot is lousy at defining what they consider a "problem." There are plenty of real problems out there without creating issues where none exist. Wayne
