Report it to the BBB in that area. This particular Business has popped up on MR's forums time and time again. I say write off the $26 dollars and continue your search elsewhere. <br /> <br />An extreme example of finding help is to actually travel there and see them in person. It is very difficult to get away from a face to face request for the actual kit in question with all the appropriate paperwork.
