I recieved 2 of the numbered (and Silver series) UP units. They are indeed nice. The paint wasn't quite what I expected. Like Ryan (Espeeboy) mentioned in a response over on Trainorders, it's kind of more orangi***han the usual armour yellow. It's still nice but not the same yellow as a Kato or Genesis UP. They will look a bit different when run together. I don't even think it's the same yellow as the Atlas SD24's (UP), but my eyes could be playing tricks on me. It looks more towards the orange side under flourescent lights, and much less so under incandescant lights. Then again, the real UP's can look quite different from unit to unit, and under different lighting conditions (noon versus sunset, etc.) I don't mean this as a major issue, because for me it's not - they are still definite keepers for me!! In all the other areas it the usual high quality we've come to expect from Atlas - excellent runners, very nice details and graphics. Thanks Atlas for producing these much wanted units. Keep em coming. Looking forward to the wide cabs now. Take care!

Greg
