<p>I do all my layout planning with the help of an older version of WinRail (essentially RTS from Atlas, but with an extended library covering numerous different makes of track). As with all computer programs, there is a learning curve to it. And, just like all CAD systems, it does not do the design work for you. It´s just a "smart" drawing tool.</p>
