A question to the scenery experts: I am looking for some input how to model the tide line. Where the rock is still wet, it almost looks black, but wouldn´t there be a greenish hue to the black, coming from algae etc.? Above that line, the rock would have a lighter brown color, coming from dried algae brought there by higher than normal tides. Unfortunately, our coast is rather flat, so I just can´t go there and take a look myself.
