I agree. I also post on a computer gaming forum run by some friends of mine, we ended up with a multi-page thread about this - one or two people were rubbishing a particular "e-tailer", but not giving reasons for their opinions. My response was to enquire if they had any examples to illustrate and/or support their opinions - for much the same reason as the above post (people new to the hobby won't know if the store in question is good or not good). As said above, always take anything you read with a large grain of salt. I have read many posts about Bachmann diesel models being below-standard in other people's experience (for example) but in my experience they're ok and run smoothly, haul decent loads, etc.
