<p>Back from a visit to my friend´s place. We changed the headlights on my loco - it now sports the big oil lamp in front, which may not be prototypical withz that generator still behind it, but I like it that way, it somehow gained "character".</p> <p>Once that was done, we settled on his patio and enjoyed a mug of coffee and some cookes - sorry, no schtroodle... [swg]. It was nice and warm, topping the 20°C mark. I even got a light sunburn on my head, you know, at the place that was once covered with hair...</p> <p>Talking of "Lederhosen" - they come in various shapes and forms:</p> <p><img src="http://www.dmarge.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/09/kitzbueheler-alpen_maenner-in-lederhosen-1_cby-fotowerk-nusser-aichner.jpg" alt=" " /></p> <p>I don´t like them. As a kid, my parents made me wear them and I hated it. They always remind me of those dark days in German history, even though they are not at all typical of Germany, only in Austria and Bavaria people wear them (thank goodness not in every day life). If you happen to spend your vacation and you see a person wearing Lederhosen, it´s most likely a Chinese or Japanese guy.</p> <p> </p>
