Decal-ready Model Paints

I haven't been active in painting locos/rolloing stock for the past 5 years, so I just discovered that the Accu-Flex line of paints was purchased by the Testor corporation and apparently discontinued.
I liked Accu-Flex because it dried semi-glossy, so I could apply decals without needing to apply an additional layer of gloss coating. (Nothing wrong with Polly-Scale, it just dries too dull for decals IMHO.)
Can anybody tell me about the new Model-Flex line of paints by Badger - is it anything like the former Accu-Flex, or is it identical to its Polly-Scale cousin?

Can't address that one, but Polly 2 is slick as a whistle.
What could have happened.... did.
