Is it just me, or do any other Forum members never get replies to emails sent to IHC? (Assuming you do email them of course.)

Their website offers so little information that I find it very frustrating. I've emailed them to say so & then zip in reply...

I've emailed them in the past & have always received a reply.
It took a while for them to get back to me but I did eventually receive a reply.

Most of the time I call them on the phone, ask questions and place orders. Always been happy with their service.. I like some of their structures and online is the best way to get them..

IHC is an importer selling Mehano product, and their print ads often say "This item is only available from IHC in North, Central and South America", indicating that this is part of their agreement with Mehano. If you're in GB, you probably should be inquiring with Mehano, although IHC should have emailed you and told you that.

Wierd BW, cause my LHS has a Mehano 4-6-4 sitting in his cabinet as well as an IHC 4-6-4 for almost $100 cheaper than the IHC one.

One place I have found in the UK that stocks Mehano locos and cars is Kittle Hobby in Swansea. They have adverts in Continental Modeller most months, inside front cover usually. I've not ordered anything from them but they have been around for at least 24 years (my dad used to buy from them back in the late '70s/early '80s when he was modelling the GWR in OO), so they must be doing something right!
