Spend the better part of the afternoon teaching the critter how to run properly. Mission accomplished! It required a lot of tweaking and longer runs - much to Petra´s dismay, as the noise is something like a bumble bee in full attack!

I measured the speed now. At 12V, it takes 9 seconds for 1 m. If my math is correct, that equates to 400 m in an hour, multiplied by the scale (1/45) makes it 18 scale kph or a little over 11 mph, which is just correct for this type of engine.

Galaxy - in winter, the sun sets at about 3 pm in my neck of the woods. I tend to forget, that most of you folks are living way down south from where we are, in terms of latitude.

Time to watch the news on the idiot box - see you all tomorrow!
