Tips and a video would be appreciated.

I don't have a video, but this is easy.  Each point has a tab with a hole in it.  The tab slips into the plastic throwbar, where it snaps into a corresponding projection cast into the underside of the throwbar.  Using your fingernail, pry the raised square area that connects the throwbar to the point, and slide the point rail out.  Do this for both sides, reverse the orientation of the throwbar, then snap the whole thing back together in reverse.  Once you've done one, you can change out a throwbar in only a few seconds.

Thanks, Rob.

I used the tip of an Exacto blade and gently pushed the tab down on both sides, then snapped the little brown tab back in the hole, then reversed the throw bar

It is an easy skill to master, and it is a skill that I use often.  Depending upon configurations of yards and sidings and the like, I find myself relatively constantly reversing the position of these throwbars.
