Not sure if this area of the forum is the best to post this topic in...anyway...
I am an active duty Coast Guard officer who has FINALLY managed to buy a home and get stationed in a job where I am usually home in the evenings. I would love to start modeling again (I did when I was a kid, and for a short time as an adult). I need some help. I don't really have enough room for a layout, but have considered a small HO shelf in my son's room. What I would really like is to find some modelers in the area who are close and could help me out a bit getting started.
I live in Summerville, SC. I heard there is a club in Charleston, but would like to know if anyone in the Summerville area has anything going on. I work in Charleston, but don't have the time to make the Charleston club's meetings, which I heard were on Tuesday evenings.
Thanks,
Eric

Good Morning Eric:
If I were in your shoes I'd go to the local hobby shop (LHS) and inquire about who was modelling in the area. They also might know about a local club.
Good Luck
Bob

Being old is when you didn't loose it, it's that you just can't remember where you put it.
