<p>Good Morning Guys!</p> <p>Yoohoo! Anybody here? Kind of empty, lately. Lots of MIA´s....</p> <p>Zoe, it´s Sunday, so I dig my usual Sunday fare - bacon&eggs, buttered toast, a stack of hot cakes w/maple syrup, a tall glass of OF and a gallon of coffee. Rallying makes me hungry!</p> <p>Chris - my fire truck is a 32-year old lady. I agree it looks funny when compared to the ones you folks are used to. It was used to carry 9 fire fighters and a set of pumps to the scene of a fire. In all those 32 years, it just got 10,000 miles in the clock. I will have nearly doubled that by the end of the campaign...</p> <p>Modern fire trucks look a little bit more "professional" .</p> <p><a href="http://de.academic.ru/pictures/dewiki/76/LF_16-12_Freiwillige_Feuerwehr_Sendling.jpg"><img src="http://de.academic.ru/pictures/dewiki/76/LF_16-12_Freiwillige_Feuerwehr_Sendling.jpg" alt=" " border="0" /></a></p> <p><a href="http://www.lauffeuer-online.de/files/feuerwehr_aying_gw-l2__3_.jpg"><img src="http://www.lauffeuer-online.de/files/feuerwehr_aying_gw-l2__3_.jpg" alt=" " border="0" /></a></p> <p>... but nothing beats this one:</p> <p><a href="http://www.darmstaedter-werkstaetten.de/wfmb/aktuelles/img/2008-10-20_feuerwehr.jpg"><img src="http://www.darmstaedter-werkstaetten.de/wfmb/aktuelles/img/2008-10-20_feuerwehr.jpg" alt=" " border="0" /></a></p> <p>I´ll be taking a day off from campaigning today and tomorrow. I need to get some rest to refuel my batteries. And I will be getting another year older tomorrow - [sigh]</p> <p>Y´ all have a good one!</p>
